European Delivery Charges
The cost of European delivery is as follows:
Minimum charge £25.00 for up to 5 items.
£0.50 per additional item up to 50 items. £0.25 per item for over 50 items.
For deliveries into EU countries, you will be designated as the importer of record for this sale, and liable for any taxes, duties and fees on this sale. However, we have calculated these costs and enabled you to make a pre-payment and will pay these sums on your behalf to the relevant authorities via its logistics partner. By placing this order, you grant us the authority to transact the import on behalf of yourself and to pay the relevant taxes, duties and fess on your behalf. This means you will not face any unexpected charges upon receipt of the goods.
We are working hard with couriers to avoid delays at the port after the UK leaves the EU on January 1st, but please order in plenty of time in case of delays. We will request information from you during checkout the ensure smooth delivery, please make sure to provide a valid phone number, and if you are a business an EU VAT number and EORI number.
PLEASE NOTE: Our couriers request you include a phone number native to the country of delivery to prevent any issues. They are unable to call the UK or any other worldwide numbers.
If you want to place an order with us but we do not deliver to your requested country, you can request to collect the parcel on the delivery stage and contact a carrier to collect it.
Your chosen carrier can collect your parcel in our Warehouse in Manchester. If you need any information regarding the size and the weight of your parcel please call our Customer Service team once you placed your order.
