# My order is wrong. What should I do?

We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction, however, if you are not completely happy then please contact us so we can look into this for you.

So that we can investigate issues further and ensure they are resolved properly, please provide a picture of the areas which you are unhappy with. 

Please send these images and a summary of the issue to **customer.support@clothes2order.com**

Once we have received these images, we will investigate this and contact you with a resolution.
