# Not receiving emails?

If you are not receiving emails from us, please try adding us to your address book to prevent our emails going into your junk folder. If you are still not receiving emails, a copy of all our emails can be located in your account. To access this follow the below steps

\- Sign into your account here - [https://www.clothes2order.com/account.php](https://www.clothes2order.com/account.php)

\- Go you your notification centre. Click on the email subject to look at the content
