# Recommended sizes for Embroidery

The maximum embroidery area is 25m wide by 25cm high.

All design sizes are specified by their width, with the height adjusted accordingly to keep the proportions.

**The recommended sizes are as follows:**

**Left Chest/Right chest/Bottom Left/Bottom Right**

8-12cm

**Centre Back/Centre Chest**

20-25cm

**Left/Right Sleeve**

8-10cm

**Top Chest/Top Back/Bottom Back**

15-25cm

**Front of hat/cap**

10cm

Please note, the recommended sizes are a general guide and when choosing a size and position you should take into account your own design. For example, if the design contains lots of text elements/small details you'll need to make sure this is visible by choosing a large enough size.

 

**Kids Garments (Less than 5-6 Years)**

**The recommended sizes for all available positions are as follows:**

**Left Chest/Right chest/Bottom Left/Bottom Right**

Max 8cm

**Centre Back/Centre Chest**

Max 12cm

**Top Chest/Top Back/Bottom Back**

Max 12cm
