Embroidered logos and designs can be subject to a high stitch count application cost based on the number of stitches which will be used.
We will notify you if any of your embroidered designs are applicable to the cost.
Most logos average only 8,000 stitches, so this high stitch count pricing only applies to very large embroideries which take much longer for us to produce. Over 95% of embroidery applications we produce contain less than 25,000.
Over 25,000 stitches
Logos which exceed 25,000 stitches or 15cm in width are classed high stitch count application.
Over 50,000 stitches
Any logos which are over 50,000 stitches, exceed our High Stitch Count surcharge. Logos over 50,000 stitches are more difficult and time consuming to produce to a high standard and without risking damage to the garment or discomfort for the wearer.
To cover the additional costs, a further surcharge will apply in addition to the standard embroidery fee. The surcharge is £16 plus 15p for every 1000 stitches over 50,000 per garment.
