# When I upload my white logo, it appears like an outline, is this how it will be printed?

As the preview screen is an automated feature, we cannot guarantee that it is an exact representation of the garments we will produce and should be viewed more as a visual guideline.

Occasionally your logo may look slightly different to your original design, but rest assured, we receive your original artwork file and all orders are reviewed by our expert order processing team free of charge.
