# Why are you not able to use my logo for embroidery?

We need to ensure we can produce your items to the highest standard, and embroidery has a few limitations. 

The text needs to be clear and we limit the number of characters on one line to ensure it can be easily read. 

**Gradients are also not possible to achieve so we recommend solid colours within your design. Quite often we can amend this for you and send you a proof, but if we can't, our expert order processing team will let you know.**
