Can I customise my own items?
I'm afraid we are unable to customise garments not purchased through our website or sent to us by you.
The primary reason is that we must ensure that we can be 100% certain that any garment we supply can be customised using the specific printing and embroidering techniques we use. This is not possible using garments not tested by us.
