What does GSM mean?

GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter and is used the measure the thickness of the garment material.

The higher the GSM number, the thicker the fabric.

A GSM rating can be found in nearly all our product descriptions. For t shirts for example, a lightweight fabric would be around 160gsm and a heavyweight around 200gsm.
